Full-time Employee Opportunity for an Associate Chiro

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

This role is opened to new grads and experienced chiros with at least 3 years of experience in patient communication. 

As a full-time associate employee you can expect:

• Commission with base salary;
• Paid annual leave and personal leave;
• Weekly mentoring with the principal chiro;
• Most of the ongoing promotion and marketing done for you;
• Potential to earn 6 figure income within the first year.

Our current chiro, having been with us full time for 5 months, is currently having over 70 appointments a week, seeing 4-5 new patients/week.

In addition, our Principal Chiro & Director will go on a 2-week holiday in November; you will also have a chance to take on a huge number of patients during this time.

ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for an associate chiropractor who is looking to build a long term practice at our clinic. 

• We highly value patient education and communication. This role requires at least 3 years of experience in patient communication.
• Being able to start early at 7:30am for morning shifts and work on Monday morning, Wednesday morning, Thursday afternoon (finish at 7pm - 7:30pm) and Saturday morning (finish at 12pm - 1pm) is a must. 
• A proficient manual adjuster with working knowledge of drop piece, diversified and rehab will be essential.

ABOUT US

We are an established business with more than 40 years history of providing chiropractic care to Brisbane’s south-side community. 

We receive extensive referrals from a GP clinic next door, along with patients from Google and referrals from our extensive network of allied health practitioners and community and existing patients. 

You will work alongside an experienced, successful chiropractor and an in-house massage therapist.
