In April 2023 we conducted our inaugural annual patient survey to ask our patients for their feedback and what we can do better.
We received 56 responses and are tremendously grateful for everyone’s participation and feedback to help us improve and grow our practice.

1. How likely are you to recommend us to a friend?
We were more than proud to receive a strong score of 93 for this Net Promoter Score question.
· 48 patients gave us the score of 10 out of 10.
· 4 patients gave us the score of 9.
· 3 patients gave us the score of 8.
· 1 patient gave us the score of 7.
The result is considerably high in the Healthcare industry. According to the Australian Healthcare Index Report dated October 2021, the average score for Australia is 76 and 75 for Queensland.
2. How long have you been to our clinic?
54% of the patients who participated in the survey have been with us for over 5 years.
Out of those, 64% have been coming to our clinic for 10-15 years, 23% have been with us for 16-20 years and 9% have been 21-30 years.
3. Why did you choose us in the first place?
When asked why they chose us in the first place, 41% of these patients were recommended by their family, friends or someone they know. To 39% of the patients, it’s because the clinic is close to their home.
4. Why did you stay with us?
While the answer “My chiropractor has been taking good care of me and helped me improve my health” received the highest score of 77%, we also received positive feedback for our affordable fee and our friendly environment which makes the patient feel comfortable when they come in.
13% of the patients chose “Other.”; of these, one patient commented that it’s because his chiropractor accepted that he comes when needed and always fixed his issues/pains, and the remaining answers were “All of the options”.
4. What do you like the most about our clinic?
